Payment methods we accept
You can pay for your order with any of the following:

- Mastercard
- American Express
- Maestro
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Shop Pay
All prices on this site are shown in Australian dollars (AUD), and that is the currency you are charged in.
When you are charged
Payment is taken when you place your order, not when it ships. As soon as it goes through you receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not see it, check your spam folder before you get in touch.
If a payment is declined, no money leaves your account. Some banks still show a temporary hold for a day or two. That amount is released on its own.
Your payment is secure
Checkout runs on an encrypted connection. You can confirm it yourself: the address bar shows a closed padlock and the URL starts with https.
Card payments are handled by a payment provider that meets the PCI DSS standard, the security standard the card industry requires of anyone who processes card data.
We never see your full card number. Once your purchase is complete, all we can see is your billing address, your shipping address, your order details, and the last four digits of your card.
Your personal information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect and what we do with it.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Delivery times and costs are covered in our Shipping Policy. If something is not right when your order arrives, our Return and Refund Policy explains how to send it back and how your refund is issued.
Questions about a payment
If you were charged twice, if an amount looks wrong, or if you simply want to check on a payment, message us through our contact page with your order number. We will look into it and come back to you.
