How long will my order take to arrive?
Once your order is processed, here's the timeline:
- Processing: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday)
- In transit: 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Total time to your door: 6 to 11 business days
How long do I have to return an item?
You get 30 days from the day your item is delivered to send us a return request.
Sending the item back is at your own cost, with one exception: if it arrived damaged or we shipped you the wrong product, the return postage is on us.
What if my item arrives faulty?
We'll send you a replacement and it won't cost you a thing. Just get in touch and post the item back to us within 30 days. Our Return Policy covers the rest.
